ROIR battle was fun from the NC(MH) view point

We are killing a tower in R2 and on our way back to Roir we are looking for indications of a medium Tri fleet with Twinks FCing. As we arrive in Roir we get word that they were in EC- area as we switch from Fleet BS's and light support we get word they are back in the X-70 area and maybe in route to Roir.

FC calls for SR BS and support on C8 gate at range and we ready for a fight knowing that Twinky doesn't normally come unsupported I check intel on TRICO's allies ...no evoke around...no large INT fleets ...ah Mistress and co in Placid have formed up..this could get intresting.

As we are on the gate and bubbled up we start to wonder if Twinkies fleet will actually come in....( Props to Tri and co ) they jump into us and begin the fight.

Most of the first wave of NC members are dictors and SR BS with some mixed support. TRI and the first wave duke it out on the gate. The second wave of either re-shipped or new arrivals joins along with Carrier support fighters.
At this point CH have joined the battle from my point of view ( lost my Flycatcher and re-shipped to a crow with Fighters then a Wolf with fighters. Props to good target calling by our FC's and Props to TRI and CH for doing a great job of Remote and logi repping until they got spread out and seem to lose Focus fire.

I could care less how many to how many losses it was about equal in my mind just great fun. It was a fun fight and no real lag these types of fights are what makes eve fun. Thanks to TRICO for the battle. If all eve fights were more like this I would love this war. No smack balls out pvp.

P-2 and JC- stations on final RF timer coming out Sunday Evening.

Only WN bomber fleet showed up to defend, didn't kill anything while loosing bombers. Don't think we even had any dics / hics or inties so.... yeah.

To give a Rough Recap of Pure Blind, since that is the only region see-ing any actual combat of the three listed.

NC entirety have based from ROIR. Local is rarely under 100 even when fleets are off doing things, it often hits 300-400 when they merge with the afk'ers in local.

Tri/init base from X-7, ROL from somewhere, ev0ke from CR, C H from D2- and c02 from JC-

JC- Station and P-2 Station are both on final RF timers, coming out the 31st

about 13-15 hostile to NC POS are in RF.

killed a POS in Venal and some other random one in PB.... the guy who came in to stront it got decloaked and died, so the POS was a kill. I think they were "high-ends" but I don't bother memorizing the mineral types. edit: It has been this way for me for the last couple of days, just hitting POS after POS.

It seems the fighting has quieted down and its just a space grind now.

Of course, most of us are assuming that the fireworks are getting in position for Sunday. As Hey You points out, node crashes will be a certainty.

Maybe everyone should just join an ~honourable agreement~ to not fight each other until the server is fixed, go rat for however many weeks/months it might take, then throw everything everyone has at eachother at once when it is fixed
