Will be interesting to see in 3-6 months if BRUCE can rebuild, and what the forum posts will be like then. My prediction is that we'll see stuff like "Man those BRUCE guys are so lame, they brought 2000 ppl to fight our 5 man gang when we wanted a gf!" and all this will be long ignored.
You War Dec someone broken to finish them off or just for random hatred. As long as that's what you're claiming then hey, have fun. |
Bruce had 3-5 active war decs against them the entire time I was there. They should be used to it by now. Only ones it affects are the stupid ones which is the fat bruce needs to trim anyway to improve themselves.

Your alway's gonna have people who will not pay attention and get blown up. It's the way of life in eve.
Edit: we could proberly argue another 5 pages about this but that would just cause this thread to be locked, so any reports of what's going on in south syndicate right now?

Shortly before DT today we got some *ahem* intel about a POS going up in PC9. Even though it's not our primetime we got enough dreads in place to chew it's shields before DT, only had to run two more seige cycles after DT to finish it.
No stront, no modules, no nothing...just a billion-isk large tower and lots of wasted ammo

Quick update from Huzzah:
Out intel said Bruce wanted to do some push towards PC9 yesterday but nothing mayor happened. We just got the ganks, which have become normal those days.

Today before DT they tried to anchor a domination large tower in PC9, this is what happened to it.

Bruce cynoed in some carriers to T22 (which is right next to PC9). We where unable to catch those since they always instadock. It appears those carried lots of equip and ships.
Over the evening Bruce massed up in T22 with local topping 50 ppl, so we decided to lock down system and killed more Bruce which tried to Ninja in via JH and PC9.
Around 21:00 ET their fleet consisting of around a dozen BS and 30-40 support plus two carriers with fighter support gathered at the PC9 gate in T22. We decided to give it a go and formed a similiar gang to engage them. The gate in T22 has been bubbled by Bruce and our fleet jumped in.
The primaries went down pretty quick and more Bruce came in from different directions which also where quickly killed. The fight then lasted for 10 minutes which was more quick than we expected. (It really was quick) The outcome was (so far) 43 dead Bruce and 5 losses on our side (2 or 3 kills not posted yet, autoposter will kick in later since we didn't figure out how to do it automatically and not do it manually each time).

We've been carrying out operations against BRUCE since April 20th, though the client only specified a war dec later on in accordance with their own plans. The first half was carried out in BRUCE's home space against heavy resistance, not exactly easy ganks of lone haulers. After that we were instructed to carry out operations in Empire against BRUCE as others were now engaging them in 0.0.
Whether or not the remnants of BRUCE choose to put up an organized resistance is not my problem beyond the slight inconvenience of having to lure them out of station. Your corporation chose to leave your alliance mates to the wolves when the heat got too hot, now it seems individual corp members within the Alliance are doing the same thing. What was that old saying that for an entity to be conquered from without it must first destroy itself from within? In the case of BRUCE, Mr. Durant was right on the money.

You came out ahead in one fight and thus think this is reason to thump your chest? My, you must be feeling low. Perhaps the better course would have been for your corp to stay in BRUCE since you're obviously so skilled in combat, no doubt you could have played a large role in stemming the tide against them.
Instead you chose to cut and run.
