BoB took Y-2 already yesterday, which you would have guessed if you read my earlier post on the subject.
Sov is still neutral, so I presume they didn't finish off the last remaining BRUCE tower yet. There's no point in wasting ammo tbh, no one is contesting Y-2.
Same will happen to pretty much all Fountain outposts, should they want to bother towering them up. |

I suppose from BRUCE perspective it kinda made sense, somehow... They didn't have a JB path to Y-2 and didn't own G95F on the way (PURE/BLAST). They did have Sov 3 in range of Y-2, but unfortunately it was pretty poorly defended and thus without really meaning to -- we broke sov there.
Without JB route to y-2 from PNQY, BRUCE seemed unwilling to go defend it, probably because we used the same pipe for roaming gangs -- thus support to main fleet would have always had trouble getting to Y-2. Infact BRUCE appeared to write it off -- actually pulling towers from there weeks before BoB put their first one up (to get fights one would think).
Thus y-2 is the second outpost in fountain to be captured without a fight or really original intention (I presume). |

Nice little battle just happened in YVBE-E. CI RR BS gang went out to poke a Bruce POS to see if we could get a fight. Thankfully, Bruce took us up on the offer.
Reported 48 Bruce about to jump in so we warped our 26 to their in-gate, deployed drones, and waited for the fun. Primaries are called, things die, CI holds the field.

large RR bs gangs is a pretty classic Tri battle plan. Not saying this is something they burrowed from ex Tri corps. But its something those corps would of sure brought to the table while in CI.
