Outbreak hang out in utopia most of the day, have seen them camping doril and they also like their RR BS gangs, fights usually occur somewhere in the pipe between F4 and Doril. Clown Punchers are basically like Interdiction were, except we see even less of them.
As for HED, it's 23/7 camped by -A-, AAA citizens, SOLID, and usually in very low numbers.
Basically we have good pvp on our doorstep from multiple directions now, it's good fun.

From what I'm reading, seems pretty lukewarm in Catch. Half-hearted even, not like AAA is really trying to erase IAC.
Just keeping the troops busy on both sides until BoB finishes BRUCE and then IAC / AAA kiss and make up? c/d?

I doubt IAC and AAA will kiss and make up. Genco and MINC probably don't have the deepest respect for AAA after they reset standings. They are pretty straight forward, if not overly blunt, people and probably are leading the alliance right now in terms of big decisions.
No, I think the love fest is over. But I've been wrong before, but you didn't hear that from me.
I can understand AAA's position though. There are 6 outposts near the catch/curse border owned by IAC that would need tenants if they assaulted them. AAA's problem is they have too much space ( Outposts and Controlled NPC stations in 4 regions ).
They have no more use for it and IAC are better than whatever targets would take over if AAA removed them. So its a Catch 22.

in all honesty bob is doing the same with bruce. they could have taken y-2 last weekend with little or no resistance but they didn't. they just seem to want to fight bruce.

Better to kill capitals and make it sting and be fun then to just soak up space and die from within.

There are those of us in CVA who also feel -A- is holding back big-time from a strategic perspective. There are many theories as to why...mostly centered around "they must enjoy the fights and don't want to wipe IAC/CVA out so quickly and no longer have said fights."
Maybe we flatter ourselves 
I'm in the wrong time-zone to be involved in any strategic level ops against -A-, but I'm probably involved against 2-3 of their night/early morning patrols each week. Win or lose, I tend to come away with a feeling of "this is why I play Eve." |
