Op lasted roughly 3 hours, both sides sat on one side of a gate, deployed bubbles and then sat there. Every now and again one side would move as if they were making to jump through the gate, neither side did.
At approximately 2 hours into said Op I actually alt tabbed, fired up windows media player and had a wank (apologies to anyone on comms if I pressed the transmit key whilst in the heat of the moment).
Pos repped, refueled and we then logged. Me a little more tired than the rest. I don't have gang size/numbers beyond us not having 120 in gang (unless it spiked while I was otherwise occupied) because frankly I lost interest 20 minutes in.
And I'm on the NOTR/huzzah/oss side of things just for clarity |

from what i heard un-nat only had around 40 guys while HF and whoever else at around 100 or so, result was we couldnt kill your tower. this is the second sunday in a row this has happened, so i guess well be seeing you guys next week
Also was an interesting night tonight. small DR gang was messing around in s-u cluster, we popped a drake and thrasher, and a decent sized SWAT/OSS gang moved after us. UN-NAT formed a defense gang in 35- in responce. SWAT/OSS moved and jumped into 35-, engaging a bait apoc. admitedly we were still scrambling to get our gang in order, but we warped in a larger gang onto the gate and proceeded to pop a few of them and chased them back to s-u. at this point losses on both sides were still pretty even tbh.
we tackle a raven in s-u on a gate, and then a much larger, BS heavy SWAT/OSS gang warped to the gate, scattering the guys who were trying to kill said raven. The rest of our gang who wasn't in s-u scrambled to get back to 35- and switch into BS's. The now larger/BS heavy SWAT/OSS moved quickly into 35- and warped to the station.
From our side were were still scrambling as we had just formed this large gang and were in the process of changing ships when the hostile gang came into 35-. A lot of people were xing up but not in gang and it was pretty hectic. We warped what we had into their gang on the station and pew pew began.
Lag was very bad right off the bat and pretty much ruined our attempts to RR our battleships. Even worse, a lot of our guys were still un-docking and they were outside of RR range. This resulted in us losing several BS's that we probably wouldnt have otherwise.
That being said, we did undock 2x carriers, and their fighters pretty much ate up the enemy BS's. We got a nice bubble on them while they were trying to disengage, and we were able to get a few more battleships. TBH, they had the upper hand in the first few minutes of the fight, getting alot more kills, but in the end we were able to trap enough of their stuff to make it a winning battle.
We chased the remnants of their fleet into XS- and caught a few more of them.
Im not really sure about to the total kills/deaths atm because i know for a fact that the UN-Nat killboard is still missing some mails. However, it looks like both sides had roughly even kills/losses, and was a very fun night. As i have said before local was cool and professional as always, gf's all around. Alot of guys on both sides lost multiple ships, but came back in something new and pew pewed some more. It was a very fun night.
C yall in space.

| Yes, was a killing spree last night. I lost my thorax from desync earlier on, a lot of people were dying from it as I heard from TS that time. Undocked in another ship. The pew pew lasted about half an hour, with UNNAT chasing off a few remaining hostile bs's and killing them on surrounding gates in 35-, we held the ground and had gotten an officer multispec (I think) from the loot. Good fun, props to those who brought it. |

Fleet engagement
Losses are inaccurate as our killboard doesn't parse losses from our allies, only our own.
So what's the story, morning glory? _________________

that gives a better picture of the fight...
Anyways we UNAT engaged OSS/Huzzah/ect in 6-U just a bit ago, we were outnumbered with about 40-50 on our side to about 60-70 on theirs. We had 5 guardians which helped a lot although we lost one.
Final tally of kills/losses for UNAT is 61 kills 6 losses with some kills slowly being posted. _________________

Urgh, that's gruesome.
Trying to coordinate across multiple alliances to fight a single focused foe always ends badly. |

To be fair, most of our gangs have a very high percentage of UN-NAT pilots, and its pretty much always a UN-NAT fc. Im sure the oss/NOTR/HF/SWAT guys have a much harder time deciding who gets to fc, and organizing everything. Props to them for bringing it day after day.

His masters voice has asked me to say a few things since well ermm he is still banned, so quoting his masters voice and not yours truely.
<if its not allowed in this way on shc let me know and it will be my last post in this fashion but the rules didn't state it>
"HF has offered us a peace deal and a few hours later so did NOTR (talking zarnie and rajere), ow NOTR offered us a constelation lol but HF didnt so talk amongst yourselfs guys really.
Our reply was we are here for pvp and isk; so far we have 50% of what we came for, its not a indication we are broke as they like to state it and looking at my wallet i can replace up to 'valentine' anyhow we did state we wanted some moons or isk if they wanted us blue as the other half of the 50% that we are after.
They declined and revised tactics. Fair enough and respect.
Monday and tuesday we got our asses whooped so good call HF etc (too many alliances and corp tbh 5 alliance and what? 8 corp? so i just say HF etc. you get the jest i think).
After that we revised our tactic aswell and we are back to a healty kick ass again. Yes, as u can see we loose more isk than them but hey who cares about isk if it grows on trees we as leaders help out members and members help members. We will recoup later.
Seems there will be a big fight again on friday and we wil love it or be bored.
Its eve and dont loose any more corps now HF and co.
p.s.
applying to coalition or friendly corp wont help we dont accept enemy applications at this moment. So go fight with Hf and co. and defeat us we aint taking in carebears who wanna secure their rats.
/his masters voice off. |
