| The IRC tower that came out of RF this evening in 8-M was destroyed, uneventful encounter - there was an IRC fleet with small cap presence but despite the odds fairly even they did not engage. The tower did seem to nail a few targets of opportunity, job well done by the pos gunners. |

| Another small scrap with IRC this afternoon, they were camping a gate with 2 carriers, large bubble and some support in a sov2 system. Our nano crew broke in, downed there support and tackled their carriers. An additional 3 carriers came in to assist but we had support flooding into the area in addition to quick response capital group that cynoed into the system to down 2 carriers before the other 3 got off the field due to how strung out the carriers were from eachother (some 150+ off). |

In recent days things have been fairly calm with regards to larger fleet fights; we have seen solar fleet running around attacking some small and medium towers to string out some fights - which have proven fruitful for them for the moment.
On the IRC front they have lost another 3 carriers in recent days, two of which were "removed" from one of their POS's and a third which was destroyed in lowsec by some "friends" now setting up in their empire home.
The coming weeks prove to be a slow escalation of things with solar fleet and xix, nobody is quite sure what is in store but there are some interesting times ahead that much is for sure. |

IRC/xIx/Solar brought around 200 tonight to reinforce the FIX towers. We'll see what happens, ze reds had a decent capital fleet with the titans, so it should be yet another great blobfest here the next few days, they also pos spammed.
Good luck guys, may we all have good fights. Bout time someone started to pick on us, been 3 weeks already. |

Today was an interesting affair, we started off early at roughly 19:00 with first friendly towers coming out of RF at 23:00, fleets formed up and became very large very quickly. By the time we deployed we had 1 fleet maxed out at 256 with a second fleet forming up which at some point peaked around 130.
We pushed into FIX space through a choke point that was camped by roughly 50 SDG with a titan trap in wait by them to DD us using large bubbles, conventional dictors and a cyno 200 off the gate. As such we did what any good FC would do, we ordered the nano's, drakes and anyone fit to DD tank; apparently there was a number of people who were not so well DD tank fit and died to the DD however we were a mere second off tackling the titan and he got out.
In any event we pushed through the enemy as they withdrew having taken only minor losses in contrast to our fleet and continued to persue them into friendly space, some skirmishes ensued with both sides losing a few ships here and there. After chasing the enemy into their POS 1 jump out we had a scout in the previous system report that he had the enemy titan on grid at a planet/moon 100km off as he had cloaked from the DD warpout.
We promptly turned around and went back into the previous system and scattered across the grid at said planet/moon. Just as fast as he had gotten uncloaked he jumped out, in short the scout should have spoken up a few minutes earlier but it was close and we did not see that titan pilot for the rest of the evening as im sure he needed a new pair of underwear.
We went ahead and began reinforcing enemy towers in BQO, which went smooth for the first 3 and on the 4th one node lag reached a horrendous level despite it being fine for the previous 2 hours or so. This caused some logistical boo-boo's as we were setting up caps on additional towers and basically wasted 30-40 minutes of our time with desynced caps and trying to regroup. The enemy managed to pin down 2 desynced caps at one point but could not take them down before support arrived on scene to save them.
Once affairs were back in order the first friendly tower was set to exit RF so we got to work restronting dreads, repairing the tower as a enemy cyno went up - new titan in local - 7km off hostile pos - dictors land - bubbled - smartbombed - capitals warp to cyno at optimals, DD went off, rest of support warped - seige on land - TAKE DOWN THE TITAN. We had him - we knew it - we tasted it - 50 capitals, 100+ bs and hundreds of support on him and something ungodly happened - he dissapeared. We still to this moment do not know what happened but somehow the enemy titan managed to bail and we lost our prey. Due to the premature DD early on the titan killed 3 dictors and no support while nailing about 30 of his own guys inside the POS force field. There was allot of speculation as to what happened but in the end it is all irrelevant - he got out.
Rest of the evening was a boring affair of reinforcing few more pos's, repairing a few friendly ones and the odd ship going pop outside enemy pos's be it enemy poking there heads out to play tag or support slow on the warp key. |

Jesus christ, wouldn't have expected someone like Mactep to have such a horrible fitting =/. That guy should be massively loaded considering his previous position..
Oh by the way, why are the Russians trying to get the space there anyway if anyone cares to explain? _________________

I believe the way it works is: The pilot has to log off, and then log on with an alt on the same account. This is an exploit, but so far I don't know CCP have taken any actions about it.
Tyrrax have used this trick to avoid capital losses in the past. I have seen personally his Aeon disappear right in front of hundreds of pilots when it was scram'ed and deep into structure. |

| They've disabled this for cyno pilots, so the mechanism for removing the exploit is there. |
